2. The insulation layer of conventional connecting wires must be made of new oxidation-resistant PVC plastic, and the core conductor must be made of oxygen-free copper, tin-plated copper or silver-plated copper by air isolation method, and must be made of various processes and precision equipment.
3. A good connecting wire should not only have good insulation and heat resistance, but also have seven twisted pairs or braided core conductors, so that it has enough density to reduce resistance, capacitance and inductance and output enough current.
4. Some informal manufacturers use recycled PVC as insulation layer and recycled copper, copper-clad aluminum, steel wire or several mixtures as core conductor. These conductors have large internal resistance and are harmful to electronic equipment, so attention must be paid when selecting them.
